Beyond Level Zero

The Scottish government introduced changes on 9 August regarding social distancing. The main points that affect our church services are as follows:

  • There is no longer any legal requirement for physical distancing between people attending church services. So the seating plan and one way system have ended, but we will continue to encourage good hand hygiene practices. There will still be a small area for anyone who wishes to maintain social distancing for a while yet. Please speak to those on door duty if you require this.

  • People attending church are still required to wear face coverings unless you are medically exempt.

  • Children under 12 years old are now exempt from wearing face coverings

  • The requirement to collect contact details now applies to hospitality and entertainment premises so it is no longer required to book a place at one of our services.

We are thankful to be able to worship together as a congregation and hope to see you back out at church.
